He is always clear on differing what he likes and dislikes, good or bad; and the way he expresses everything could be called as blunt.But, there's one thing he could never express very well, it's love; the way he shows it to those who are important to him is by working hard to make them happy.

Background Story

Kang Dae-Hyun is a bright kid who was born in Daegu, South Korea. His parents used to own a small restaurant, selling barbecue pork as their specialty.Everything was perfect until he was 15 years old when his father died of cancer.Everything they used to have had been sold to cover his father's medical expenses and their business had been permanently closed by then.He worked hard to help his mother and a younger sister whom he loved dearly, in the morning he would go to school and by the nighttime, he would be working as a cashier at the local convenient store.His job went on for 5 whole years, that was how long they'd lived in poverty.

Him working endlessly while keeping some money for saving while his mother made dolls for his sister to sell.It was then, later on, they were able to rise from adversity. Slowly, from all the money he had saved, his family was able to open a new barbecue pork restaurant like they used to have.He helped the restaurant for a year as he went on to fulfill his military service for 2 years, then got his scholarship at Korea University afterward, which made him move to Seoul.Until now, Kang Dae-Hyun still worked at several places to support himself without burdening his family. He could be found as a cashier at a local convenience store on the weekend, several days at the clothing store, and the other days he would be working at a café as a waiter.
